Equestrian Sixth at Johnson & Wales

REHOBOTH, MA-The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth's equestrian team finished sixth of ten teams at the November 6th show, hosted by Johnson & Wales.
For UMass Dartmouth, senior captain Kerin Devine (Hanover, MA/Hanover HS) placed second in her Novice Flat class, giving her enough points to move up into the Intermediate Division. Freshman Chelsea O'Brien (North Attleboro, MA/Bishop Feehan HS) was the Reserve High Point Rider, with a first place finish in her novice flat class and a second in her novice fences class. Junior captain Katie Donohue (Beverly, MA/Beverly HS) also finished second in her novice flat class. The Corsairs will return to action when they host a home event Saturday at the Two Rivers Equestrian Center in Westport, MA.
