Equestrian Fourth at Holy Cross

HEBRON, CT-The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth's equestrian team finished fourth in their final competition before regionals Saturday at a meet hosted by Holy Cross, at Windcrest Farm in Hebron, CT.
Freshmen Kathryn Gardner (Concord, MA/Concord-Carlisle HS), Brielle Shea (Worcester, MA/Burncoat Senior HS), Bridget Hammond (Medway, MA/Medway HS) and Amanda Stubbs (Rochester, MA/Old Rochester Regional HS) all placed first in their walk/trot/canter classes, while sophomore Kayla England (New Bedford, MA/New Bedford HS) placed third in walk/trot.
Freshman Emily White (Westport, MA/Bishop Stang HS) finished fourth in her open flat class. Freshman Chelsea O'Brien (North Attleboro, MA/Bishop Feehan HS) and senior Kerin Devine (Hanover, MA/Hanover HS) each placed fourth on the flat in the novice division.
The Corsairs will return to action at the regional championships.
