"Overall, we had a pretty good day, and it was a good way to get ready for conference next week," said UMass Dartmouth Head Coach Jon Hird. "Chris Jodoin's mark in the 400 was just a hair slower than our school record, and he had a monster day. Eric Holmes' mark in the steeplechase pretty much qualifies him for everything through the ECACs. The 4 x 4 relay team ran their fastest time of the year, and Sam Machuor was competing in his first meet of the outdoor season after being hurt during the indoor season. Deanna Bealby also competed for the first time since the indoor season, and Leanne Nygaard had a very good day. Briley Morrill looked good, she is really right on the edge of beginning to pop some really good races."
