"We had a great meet tonight even with the losses," said UMass Dartmouth Head Coach Cathy Motta. "We are extremely tired heading into our last day of double sessions tomorrow. At least 50 per cent of our team posted seasonal best times. It's very exciting to see them all swimming this fast while experiencing this much fatigue."
UMass Dartmouth's women are now 3-6, while the UMD men are 2-4-1. The WPI women are now 4-2, while the men are now 2-5.
The Corsairs will return to action when they host Plymouth State Saturday, while the Engineers will visit Wheaton Saturday.
