"We played much better in the first game," said UMass Dartmouth Head Coach Steve DeRossi. "Babson made some critical service errors that helped us and we took advantage of them. Our energy was good in the second match. We played well in stretches, but Western New England was quick on offense. Every time they pulled ahead, we came back on them."
The Corsairs are now 11-9, while Western New England is 9-9 and Babson is 11-9. UMass Dartmouth will return to action when they visit UMass Boston Tuesday evening.
