Home Workouts

Welcome to our Home Workout page.  We will be updating our Instagram Page @corsairfitness daily with tips and strategies to cope with life as we currently know it.  This page will be used for ongoing at home workouts designed by your fitness center staff and instructors.  As I have mentioned previously exercise plays in important role in both immunity and stress relief.  It is something I personally cannot do without.  If you are just starting out, go slow, take breaks whenever you need them, and be sure to speak to your Doctor if you have any health concerns before starting an exercise program.
