Shaun Tavares

Shaun Tavares begins his 18th season with the UMD Hockey program in 2015 as Associate Head Coach.  A special education administrator in the New Bedford Public Schools system, Tavares primary responsibility with the Corsairs is coaching the defensemen.  Previous to UMD, Tavares was the Head Hockey Coach at New Bedford High School and co-director of the Corsair Hockey Camps.
