DARTMOUTH, Mass. -Â Junior
Mya Amaral netted her first career hat-trick and was responsible for each goal Saturday morning at Cressy Field in the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth's, 3-2, win over Framingham State.
Amaral scored all of her goals in the second quarter for the Corsairs (4-8, 3-3 LEC), while the Rams (4-6, 1-6 LEC), registered scores in the second and fourth quarters.

Alyssa McDonough made five stops in the contest.
Framingham State controlled the pace in the first half, firing three shots, while the Corsairs had none.

Mikella DaSilva found Amaral to put UMassD up, 1-0.
The Rams had a quick answer when junior Jordan O'Boyle found the back of the net to even the score with 21:58 on the clock.
Amaral completed her hat-trick with two quick goals just before halftime. She went unassisted at 26:02, while Steen and senior
Kylie Dias picked up a double assist on Amaral's third goal of the day with 27:56 on the clock.
After a scoreless third quarter, sophomore Brandi Core scored from sophomore Corlene Guenard to make it a one-goal deficit with six minutes left in regulation. UMass Dartmouth then dominated the rest of the contest to put things away.
The Corsairs take on Westfield State next at home on Tuesday.
