GORHAM, Maine - The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth women's tennis team came away with a clean sweep, 9-0, at Southern Maine Saturday afternoon.

The Corsairs improve to 3-1 on the year, while the Huskies drop to 0-3.
With Southern Maine down players, the doubles team of O'Connell and Yang first won their doubles match, 8-0. Winter and junior
Ailey Riddick then took their match, 8-1, to give the Corsairs a 2-0 advantage. Senior
McKenzie Ferrari and junior
Caroline Lemieux won by forfeit to make it a 3-0 UMass Dartmouth lead.
In singles, freshman
Bailey Clarke wrapped up her match first, 6-0, 6-0; freshman
Zuri Walters swept 6-0, 6-0; Winter won 6-0, 6-1; Yang took her match 6-2, 6-4; O'Connell was victorious 6-0, 6-0; Riddick won by forfeit to complete the sweep.
UMass Dartmouth continues its season in Waterville, Maine against Thomas College on Sunday at 11 a.m.
