Women's Soccer Stuns Plymouth State In Three-Goal Flurry

DARTMOUTH, Mass. - The UMass Dartmouth women's soccer team fell behind early in the second half, but used three goals in six minutes to blow past the Panthers.

The 24 total shots taken were the most by the Corsairs in a game this season.

Lilly Jaeger scored the game-tying goal in the 55th minutes on a kick in from about 20 yards out. The perfect shot found the top right of the goal escaping the fingertips of the Panther goalkeeper.

Four minutes later, it was Kate O'Nuallain who booted a shot in from the same distance and it found its way to the back of the net. Natalize Frazier earned the point on the assist

Two minutes after that, a corner kick in from Emilie Trainque landed at the feet of Madison Depina, who shot it in for the goal.

Frazier and Depina both ended their nights with three total shots while Kiariana Williams led the team with a total of seven.

Emma Juelis only surrendered the one goal and had four saves in the win.

The Corsairs host the Falcons of Fitchburg State University this Tuesday, October 20, at 6pm.
