KEENE, NH – Sophia Bouffard scored twice, but the Corsairs had their 2026 season come to an end in the Little East Conference quarterfinals.
 
The Corsairs quickly fell behind 3-0 to the Owls, but it was Bouffard who scored a goal to end the first and second quarters. 
 
Bouffard's two goals were the second and third of the past week. She ended her night with a total of four shots on net. 
 
Emily Carr added her fifth goal of the season in the waning minutes of the game. The assist came from Logan Diffley who has now posted a point in two straight games. It was Diffley's first assist since the first game of the season.
 
Kelly Bates was credited with the assist on Bouffard's second goal. It was her third assist of the season, and second of the past week. 
 
Both Morgan Carr and Shane Cueman played between the pipes for the Corsairs. Carr played 34 minutes and had three saves, while Cueman played in 26 minutes and had 11 saves.
 
The loss marks the end of the 2026 season for the Corsairs. The team thanks you for your support all season long, and looks forward to getting back out on Cressy Field next season.
