NEW BEDFORD, Mass. – The UMass Dartmouth men's hockey team concluded their season on Saturday afternoon, defeating Keene State College, 3-2 in Little East Conference action at Hetland Arena. The Corsairs finish the 2025-26 season with a 12-13-0 record, going 7-11-0 in conference play, while the Owls conclude their season at 7-17-1 and 3-14-1 overall.
Prior to the game, the Corsairs celebrated their eight graduating seniors for all their hard work and dedication to the program. Honored were goalies

The Corsairs opened the period off on a quick start as rookie left wing
Brogan Shea intercepted a pass from the Keene State defense, banking a point-blank shot past Owls' goalie Ben Skelton at 1:21.
The visiting Owls capitalized at 14:28 of the frame as Kyle Gonzalez netted the equalizer off a pass from Chase Carney for a 1-1 score heading into the second period.
In the second stanza, it was the conference's leading offensive leader in Stewart, who pushed the Corsairs ahead at 37 seconds. Sophomore defender
Hunter Scanlon collected the puck from rookie center
Kailin Chen, sliding into the slot. Finding Stewart near the left goal line, he passed it as the senior navigated in through the slot and backhanded a shot into the net.
Junior winger
Alex Walker made it a 3-1 lead for the Corsairs at 11:10 of the frame on the power play, burying a feed from Chen, who had corralled a pass from sophomore defender
Brennen Pecararo.
Heading into the third period, the Keene State pressure began to mount as Carney got a nice cross-ice pass from Gonzalez, burying it in on the right side on the power play to narrow the gap to 3-2 at 16:42.
The Owls pulled their goalie with less than 30 seconds remaining, looking to tie the contest, but the Corsairs defense blocked a number of shots in the closing minutes to seal the victory.
In addition to the goal scorers, the Corsairs saw McKallip earn the victory in net, moving his career record to 15-14-1 overall as he stopped 33 shots against the Owls on Saturday.
