DARTMOUTH, Mass. –
Pedro Dos Santos scored his first collegiate goal in a 2-0 win over Dean College this Wednesday evening.
Dos Santos' goal came after 73 minutes of back-and-forth action. Following a ball played in by
Ahmad Dantata from the corner, Dos Santos broke through with a rocketed goal to break the tie. Dantata tallied his scored straight game with an assist.
Nick Scanlon extended the Corsair lead with a penalty kick score in the 83
rd minute. The goal was the fifth of his career. Scanlon ended his night with four shots (two on goal).
Leonardo Alfama had a career night, taking seven shots, six of which were on goal.
Elijah came off the bench and took three shots in 39 minutes of play.
EJ Corliss earned his first career shutout and win for the Corsairs. He ended his night with two saves.
The Corsairs welcome the Huskies of Southern Maine to campus this Saturday to begin their LEC slate. Game time is set for 1pm.
