NORTHAMPTON, Mass. - Sophia Bouffard set a new program record in defensive saves with six, and Shane Cueman stopped 37 shots in a Saturday loss to Smith College.

Sophia Bouffard shattered the roof, stopping six shots in front of the net, surpassing the previous record for defensive saves. Bouffard is up to 46 career saves as a field player.

Cueman's 37 saves was a career high. She came two saves short of a program record that was set nine years ago. 

Abbie Engelbert came off the bench and scored her third career goal. 

Freshman Kendall Sullivan and Hayley Pelletier both recorded a shot on net. 

The Corsairs return home for a non-conference matchup against Salve Regina on Tuesday. Gametime is set for 6pm.
