Ramos' Hat Trick Propels Corsairs To 5-2 Victory

WESTFIELD, Mass. - The Corsairs used a hat trick from Claudio Ramos to cruise past Westfield State 5-2. 

The five goals ties the programs most since the 2019 season where the Corsairs scored six in a game.

Ramos' three goals brings his season total up to four, after tallying a goal in the season opener. 

Freshman Nate Oliveira scored his first collegiate goal for the Corsairs to make it a 2-0 game in the first half. 

Oliveira ended his night with three shots on net.

Dominic Nassif also tallied his first career goal in the blue and gold to make it a 5-2 game.

Both Lennon Rodrigues and Elijah Beltran tallied their first career assists in the big win. 

The Corsairs return home Friday night for an LEC contest with the WestConn Wolves. Gamtime is slated for 7pm from Cressy Field.
