Alex Blair has been the assistant coach and head recruiter at UMass Dartmouth since 2017. During her time with the Corsairs, she has helped to bring in 25-plus players to the program since 2017, in-and-out of the New England region. 

Blair has also coached juniors club volleyball for the Central Mass Juniors since 2018 at multiple age groups. 

Prior to her time at UMassD, Blair coached in various camps and clinics for middle and high school aged players. 

A 2014 graduate of Xavier University, Blair was a four-year starter for the Division I Musketeers and holds several school records for blocking and hitting, including the most blocks in a single match. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science followed by her Master’s in Business Administration. She currently works for NALCO Water.
