Box Score NEW HAMPTON, N.H. – A pair of goals from senior Nicole Burgess (Mexico, Maine) gave Plymouth State the lasting comeback on Saturday evening, as the Panthers downed UMass Dartmouth 3-1 in Little East Conference play at the New Hampton School.

How it Happened
Sophomore Mary Brown (Leicester, Mass.) got the Corsairs out in front early. In the 11th minute of play, senior Katelin Morrissey (Taunton, Mass.) found Brown, who potted her sixth goal of the season.
Plymouth State evened the match in the 25th minute when Burgess corralled the pass from freshman Keeley Bartolini (Topsham, Maine). Bartolini sent the ball in from outside the circle, and found Burgess right in front who beat Corsair goalkeeper Ariel St. Germaine (Wareham, Mass.)
In the second half, the Panthers continued to control the game. Burgess tallied her second goal of the game shortly after the break. Bartolini added her first goal of the season in the 55th minute, extending the Plymouth State lead to its final mark.
