WORCESTER, Mass. -Â The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth hockey team saw its two-game winning streak snapped at Assumption College, 5-1, Wednesday night at the Worcester Ice Arena.
Senior
Jimmy Pelton scored the lone goal unassisted for the Corsairs (6-4), who held the advantage in faceoffs, 31-28, but were outshot, 36-30.
A different member of the Greyhounds (4-3-1) scored each of the five goals for the home team.

Back-to-back power play goals by senior Devan Sheth from freshman Ronny Paragallo and junior Colin Philippon made it 4-1, and senior William Smith scored with 20 seconds left from senior Christopher Stalmok to finish things off.
UMass Dartmouth returns to Hetland Arena for a 4:30 p.m. start against MASCAC opponenent Westfield State.
