DARTMOUTH, Mass. -Â 5th-year senior
Brittany Perry sent home the game-winning goal with 4:41 remaining in the second overtime to give the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth field hockey team a 3-2 victory over Plymouth State Saturday night at Cressy Field.
The Corsairs (3-6, 2-1 LEC) outshot the Panthers (4-2, 2-1 LEC) 23-12 and 13-8 on goal. UMassD also had 14 penatly corners compared to 12 for Plymouth.

Alyssa McDonough made all of the big saves, finishing with six on the day, five of which came in the overtime periods.
Plymouth State looked to have things in control early when sophomore Taylor Healey found the back of the net off an assist from sophomore Holly Temple at the 4:05 mark.

Hannah Steen on a penalty corner to make it a 2-1 lead.
Plymouth tied things back up in the third with 36:47 on the clock when sophomore Athena Comeau passed to senior Natalie Perry to make it a 2-2 game.
The Panthers put pressure on McDonough, who made four saves in the first OT, and one more in the second. Sophomore
Maggie Doherty then sent a perfect cross to Perry for the game winner and her eighth goal of the year to finish things off.
UMass Dartmouth is back at Cressy Field on Tuesday at 7 p.m. for a meeting with Eastern Connecticut State.
