DARTMOUTH, Mass. - The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth swimming team competed against Elms and Western New England at the Tripp Athletic Center Friday afternoon. The Corsairs took down Elms with 96 points.
"I was very happy with our overall team performance this afternoon despite the close loss to WNEU," said Head Coach
Owen Worden. "It was our first time competing in 200's of stroke this season, and it was obvious the team stepped up and made many of the race adjustments we had been working on during practice. Our results today speak volumes to the quality of our training and the work these student-athletes put in every day. We will have another tough LEC conference challenge next Saturday when we welcome a strong Bridgewater State program."
