UMass Dartmouth's Swim Team Leaves Plymouth with Two W's

PLYMOUTH, N.H. - UMass Dartmouth's swimming and diving team picked up two wins this afternoon defeating Plymouth State University by a score of 125-115 while also defeating Western Connecticut State University by a score of 113-108.

"We're thrilled to come back from our trip to Plymouth State with two wins within the LEC Conference," said head coach Owen Worden, "All week, the coaching staff was preparing the team for a close meet where every point counts. It's always a good feeling to be on the winning side of a close swim meet like today. It was a total team effort where once again, our depth and versatility were on display. Today's results bode well as next week marks one month until the LEC Championships. I'm looking forward to our last home meet next Saturday against a strong Westfield State program."
