DARTMOUTH, Mass. -
Sophia Bouffard was selected as this weeks LEC Defensive Player of the Week after tallying a record high six defensive on Saturday.
Bouffard's six defensive saves brought her career total up to 46.Â
She doubled her career high in defensive saves, which was set in 2023 during her freshman season.Â
It marks the second time in her career in which she was chosen as the LEC's defensive player of the week.
Bouffard also added an assist against Wheaton earlier in the week. It was her first point of the season.
Bouffard and the Corsairs welcome Salve Regina on Tuesday. Gametime is set for 6pm on Cressy Field.
