DARTMOUTH, Mass. - The UMass Dartmouth women's soccer team battled their way to a draw with undefeated Roger Williams this Tuesday evening. 

After a back-and-forth half of scoreless action, Jesse Ayres broke through and scored the first goal of the game on either sides. 

Ayres' goal came just 13 minutes into the second half, after a deflected save from Madison Depina fell right to Ayres. 

Emma Juelis had yet another impressive performance for the Corsairs, saving a career high 11 shots on goal. 

The 11 saves marks the fourth straight game with over seven saves for the Grafton native.

Kiariana Williams led the Corsairs in shots with two, one of which was on goal. 

The Corsairs draw with the Hawks for the first time since the 2022 season, breaking a streak of three straight losses. 

The women's soccer team heads on the road this weekend for a LEC matchup against the Wolves of Western Connecticut State. Gametime is set for 5pm.
