The Corsair women's basketball team embarks on a home-and-home Little East Conference set with Keene State this weekend, as UMass Dartmouth (2-3, 2-2 LEC) will entertain the Owls (1-1, 1-1 LEC) in the front end on Saturday afternoon at the Tripp Athletic Center for a 12:30 pm EST tip-off. The two squads will then meet on Sunday afternoon at Spaulding Gymnasium in Keene, N.H. for a league clash that tips-off at 2:00 pm EST.

Jordan Moretti (Johnston, R.I./Johnston) scored 24 points, grabbed five rebounds and dished out four assists en route to claiming her second straight conference Player of the Week accolade. Fellow junior
Jessica Carroll (Deep River, Conn./Mercy) added 18 points and six boards on the day for the hosts, who received 13 points and six caroms from junior
Shaelyn Carreiro (Fall River, Mass./Durfee) as well as six rebounds each from seniors
Lauren Empey (Middleboro, Mass./Middleboro) and
Meagan Donovan (Abington, Mass./Archbishop Williams).
Keene State returned to the hardwood for the first time in nearly a month on Wednesday evening, as Head Coach
Keith Boucher's Owls used a fourth quarter rally to eke out a 46-44 Little East victory over Castleton at Spaulding Gymnasium in Keene, N.H. Keene State had not played a game since dropping a 51-47 league decision at Rhode Island College in its season opener back on January 23
rd.
UMass Dartmouth and Keene State split their two matchups during the 2019-20 campaign, with each team claiming respective home court wins. The Owls notched a 56-50 triumph in the Granite State last January 15
th before the Corsairs collected a 69-51 victory on the South Coast last February 12
th.
