PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Little East Conference has announced its All-Conference award winners in women's outdoor track & field and seven UMass Dartmouth student-athletes have been recognized for their outstanding performances.
Graduate student
Emily Philbrook took home Second Team honors after finishing the 10,000-meters in 39:23.31. Additionally in the track events, the 4x800-meter relay team of senior
Tori Schweitzer and sophomores
Natalya LaVita,
Ashlyn Byrnes and
Sara Lopez combined for Third Team honors with a time of 10:13.45.
The field events saw rookie
Grace Hawranik finish second overall in the pole vault with a school record height of 2.95 meters, while sophomore
Olivia Seutter placed third overall in the discus throw with a mark of 40.26 meters (132' 1") for her second straight outdoor Third Team honor.
Qualified members of the Corsairs women's team will be back in action on Friday at the 2026 DIII New England Outdoor Championships. Hosted at Springfield College, action will begin at 2:00pm.
