Leading the way in this year’s class is one of the most decorated female athletes in school history, as Krista Chauvin ’14 shined as a three-sport standout in soccer as well as both indoor & outdoor track and field. A 2013 NCAA Division III All-American in the outdoor hammer during her junior campaign, Chauvin was a 10-time champion in throwing events that included titles in Division III New England, Open New England and ECAC Division III competition. As a program pioneer, Krista earned Little East Conference Indoor & Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year accolades and still holds both the school and league records in the hammer and weight throws, and she became he first Corsair to ever compete in the prestigious Penn Relays. In two seasons on the pitch, Chauvin posted an 11-5-2 mark with 11 career shutouts in goal, earning first team All-Little East and third team All-NSCAA Division III regional honors during her sophomore campaign.
