A four-year letter winner and a three-year starter in goal for the Corsairs, Golden concluded her outstanding career with an overall record of 32 wins and just 17 losses with 13 shutouts as UMass Dartmouth posted a combined 53-29 record over her four-year span.
Highlighting her career was the 2008 season, as she posted a 16-6 mark with seven shutouts, helping the Corsairs advance to the Little East Tournament Semifinals. That season saw her earn All-Little East First Team recognition after leading the conference in goals against average with a 1.20 mark, along with a .855 save percentage, having started all 22 games in goal.
Golden was also tabbed to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association First Team for the Division III All-New England West All-Star Team and became only the second player in UMass Dartmouth field hockey history to earn national honors as a Longstreth/NFHCA Third Team All-America selection. She concluded her career in 2009, serving as the team captain on a squad that went 15-7, won the Little East Championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history.
